Event Policy

Terms and conditions specific to live caricature event bookings.

1. Booking Confirmation Events are confirmed only after advance payment is received and verified.

2. Event Duration Standard event duration is 4 hours. Additional hours can be booked at extra cost.

3. Artist Assignment Artists are assigned based on availability, location, and event requirements.

4. Travel & Accommodation For events outside Mumbai, clients must arrange travel and accommodation for the artist.

5. Output Artist output depends on guest flow and preferences (color vs black & white). Typical output is 35-45 caricatures per artist for a 4-hour event.

6. Setup Requirements Clients must provide a well-lit area with a table and chair for the artist at the venue.
