Payment & Convenience Fee Policy
1. Introduction This Payment & Convenience Fee Policy explains how Creative Caricature Club™ collects payments, applies convenience and gateway charges, processes refunds related to such charges, and the customer's responsibilities when transacting through the Platform. By making a payment you agree to this Policy. 2. Accepted Payment Methods Payments may be processed through UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, wallets, and other approved methods made available via integrated payment gateways. Availability of methods may vary by transaction type, location, and bank/processor support. 3. Convenience Fee A convenience fee may be charged separately at checkout to cover payment gateway processing, settlement, fraud screening, and platform processing costs. The fee is displayed transparently before payment confirmation. The convenience fee is non-refundable under any circumstance, including cancellations, rescheduling, refunds, Event Credit issuance, or partial fulfilment scenarios. 4. Payment Gateway Fees & Taxes Payment gateway charges, processing fees, banking charges, and applicable taxes are pass-through costs incurred by the payment processor. These charges are non-refundable and are separate from the booking amount. 5. Refunds and the Convenience Fee Where a refund is approved under the Refund Policy or Event Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy, only the eligible booking amount is considered. The convenience fee, gateway fees, processing charges, and taxes are excluded from the refundable amount. 6. Failed or Pending Payments If a payment fails or remains pending due to a technical issue, the amount may be auto-reversed by the gateway/bank. Processing timelines vary by issuer. Creative Caricature Club™ is not responsible for delays caused by banks or third-party providers. 7. Duplicate Payments If a duplicate charge occurs for the same booking, notify Creative Caricature Club™ promptly. After verification, the duplicate amount may be refunded. The convenience fee for the duplicated transaction remains non-refundable where it was incurred by the processor. 8. Disputes and Chargebacks Improperly initiated chargebacks may result in account suspension, withholding of services, and recovery action. Customers should contact support before initiating any dispute. 9. Booking Confirmation A booking is considered confirmed only after the applicable amount has been successfully received and confirmation is issued. Pending or failed payments do not constitute confirmation. 10. Policy Updates Creative Caricature Club™ reserves the right to update this Policy at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the latest version.
