1. Introduction This Refund Policy governs refunds, Event Credits, payment adjustments, and related matters for bookings, services, transactions, and payments made through the Creative Caricature Club™ Booking Portal and other authorized booking channels. By making a payment, booking a service, or using the Creative Caricature Club™ platform, the client acknowledges and agrees to this Refund Policy. 2. General Refund Principle Creative Caricature Club™ operates primarily on an Event Credit and Rescheduling model rather than an unrestricted cash refund model. Refund eligibility, if any, shall be governed by the Event Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy, applicable booking terms, event status, timing of cancellation, and operational commitments already incurred. Refunds are not guaranteed and remain subject to review. 3. Eligible Refund Amount Where a refund is approved, only the eligible booking amount shall be considered. The following charges are not refundable: Convenience Fees, Payment Gateway Fees, Platform Processing Charges, Banking Charges, Third-Party Transaction Charges, and Government Taxes, Duties, or Levies where non-refundable. These charges are incurred during payment processing and are separate from the booking amount. 4. Event Credits Creative Caricature Club™ may, at its sole discretion, issue Event Credits instead of cash refunds. Event Credits shall be credited to the user's account, may only be used for eligible future bookings, are non-transferable, are non-withdrawable, are not redeemable for cash, are not refundable, and cannot be exchanged or sold. Unless otherwise specified, Event Credits may remain valid for up to 12 months from the date of issuance. 5. Refunds Following Client Cancellation Refund eligibility for client-initiated cancellations shall be governed by the Creative Caricature Club™ Event Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy. Applicable deductions, administrative fees, processing charges, and operational expenses may be applied before any refund or Event Credit is issued. 6. Refunds Following Company-Initiated Cancellation If Creative Caricature Club™ is unable to fulfil a confirmed booking due to operational reasons, Creative Caricature Club™ may, at its discretion, provide a replacement artist, offer event rescheduling, issue Event Credits, or provide a refund where applicable. 7. Promotional Wallet Credits Promotional Wallet Credits, bonuses, rewards, incentives, welcome offers, verification bonuses, completion bonuses, and similar promotional benefits are not refundable, not redeemable for cash, not transferable, not withdrawable, and have no cash value. Promotional Wallet Credits shall not be treated as refundable payments. 8. Failed Transactions If a payment is successfully debited from the customer's account but the booking or transaction is not successfully completed due to a technical error, the transaction may be automatically reversed and the amount may be returned by the payment provider or banking institution. Processing timelines may vary. Creative Caricature Club™ shall not be responsible for delays caused by payment providers, banks, or third-party systems. 9. Duplicate Payments In the event of an accidental duplicate payment for the same transaction, the customer must notify Creative Caricature Club™ promptly. Verification may be required. After verification, the duplicate amount may be refunded or adjusted. Processing timelines may vary. 10. Fraud Prevention Creative Caricature Club™ reserves the right to withhold, reject, reverse, or cancel refunds where fraudulent activity is suspected, payment disputes are initiated improperly, false information is provided, multiple accounts are used improperly, or platform policies are violated. Additional verification may be required before processing any refund request. 11. Processing Timelines Where a refund is approved, processing shall begin after verification and approval. Actual receipt of funds may depend on payment gateways, banks, card issuers, UPI providers, or other financial institutions. Processing timelines may vary. Creative Caricature Club™ does not guarantee any specific banking processing timeline. 12. No Interest or Compensation Approved refunds, Event Credits, reversals, or adjustments shall not carry interest, compensation, penalties, or additional benefits unless required by applicable law. 13. Limitation of Liability Creative Caricature Club™ shall not be liable for banking delays, payment gateway failures, technical interruptions, third-party payment issues, or communication failures, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. 14. Final Determination Creative Caricature Club™ reserves the right to determine refund eligibility, Event Credit eligibility, applicable deductions, verification requirements, and processing methods. All decisions shall be final, subject to applicable law. 15. Policy Updates Creative Caricature Club™ reserves the right to modify, revise, suspend, replace, or update this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform or services constitutes acceptance of the latest version of this Policy.
