By accessing, browsing, creating an account, submitting an enquiry, making a booking, making a payment, or otherwise using any Creative Caricature Club™ services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and all applicable policies referenced herein. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must discontinue use of the platform and services. 2. Definitions "Company", "We", "Us", and "Our" refer to Creative Caricature Club™. "Platform" refers to the Creative Caricature Club™ Booking Portal, websites, applications, and related systems. "User", "Client", "You", and "Your" refer to any person accessing or using the Platform. "Booking" refers to any enquiry, reservation, confirmation, or service request submitted through the Platform. "Event" refers to any function, gathering, celebration, corporate engagement, wedding, exhibition, or occasion for which services are requested. "Artist" refers to any artist assigned by Creative Caricature Club™ to perform services. 3. Eligibility To use the Platform, you must be legally capable of entering into binding agreements, provide accurate information, maintain a valid email address and mobile number, and comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Creative Caricature Club™ reserves the right to refuse service, restrict access, or terminate accounts at its discretion. 4. User Accounts Users may be required to create an account to access certain features. Users are responsible for maintaining account security, protecting passwords and login credentials, ensuring information remains accurate and up to date, and all activities occurring under their account. Creative Caricature Club™ shall not be liable for unauthorized access resulting from user negligence. 5. Verification Requirements Certain Platform features may require mobile number verification, email verification, profile completion, identity verification, and Blue Tick Verification eligibility requirements. Creative Caricature Club™ reserves the right to determine eligibility for verification-related benefits and features. 6. Bookings Submission of a booking request does not guarantee acceptance. Bookings shall be considered confirmed only when required information has been provided, applicable payments have been received, and confirmation has been issued by Creative Caricature Club™. Creative Caricature Club™ reserves the right to decline, modify, or cancel bookings where necessary. 7. Pricing Prices displayed on the Platform may vary based on event location, event date, guest count, duration, number of artists, service requirements, and operational considerations. All pricing is subject to change until a booking is confirmed. 8. Payments Payments may be collected through approved payment methods available on the Platform. Users agree that payments must be made in accordance with booking requirements, applicable convenience fees may be charged separately, payment gateway charges may apply, and additional fees may be payable where applicable. Payment obligations remain binding once a booking is confirmed. 9. Promotional Wallet Credits Creative Caricature Club™ may provide Promotional Wallet Credits, rewards, incentives, bonuses, and promotional benefits. Such promotional credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, non-withdrawable, non-refundable, and may expire. Use of promotional credits is governed by applicable promotional policies. 10. Event Credits Creative Caricature Club™ may issue Event Credits under certain circumstances. Event Credits may be subject to expiry, may only be used for eligible future bookings, are not redeemable for cash, and are non-transferable. Creative Caricature Club™ reserves the right to determine applicable restrictions. 11. User Conduct Users shall not submit false information, impersonate another person, create multiple accounts for improper purposes, engage in fraudulent activity, interfere with platform operations, attempt unauthorized access, or misuse promotions, rewards, credits, or offers. Violation of these Terms may result in account suspension or termination. 12. Artist Allocation Creative Caricature Club™ reserves the right to assign artists, replace artists, adjust artist allocation, and modify operational arrangements where reasonably necessary to fulfil service obligations. 13. Event Requirements Clients are responsible for providing accurate event information, reasonable access to the venue, suitable working conditions, and required permissions and approvals. Failure to do so may affect service delivery. 14. Travel & Accommodation For outstation events, clients may be required to arrange or reimburse flights, local transportation, accommodation, and other agreed travel-related expenses. Specific requirements shall be communicated during the booking process. 15. Cancellation & Rescheduling Cancellations, rescheduling requests, refunds, Event Credits, and related matters shall be governed by the Creative Caricature Club™ Event Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy. Users agree to comply with that Policy. 16. Intellectual Property All Platform content, including logos, branding, artwork, designs, images, videos, text, graphics, and software, is owned by or licensed to Creative Caricature Club™ and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, or commercially exploit such content without prior written permission. 17. Privacy Collection, processing, storage, and use of personal information shall be governed by the Creative Caricature Club™ Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, users consent to such processing. 18. Third-Party Services The Platform may integrate with third-party providers including payment gateways, communication services, analytics providers, and verification services. Creative Caricature Club™ is not responsible for third-party systems or services beyond its control. 19. Service Availability Creative Caricature Club™ does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Platform. Maintenance, technical issues, upgrades, and external factors may result in temporary interruptions. 20. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, Creative Caricature Club™ shall not be liable for indirect damages, consequential losses, loss of profits, loss of business opportunities, third-party failures, technical disruptions, or delays beyond reasonable control. 21. Indemnification Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Creative Caricature Club™, its affiliates, representatives, employees, contractors, and artists from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from violation of these Terms, misuse of the Platform, user negligence, or unlawful conduct. 22. Suspension & Termination Creative Caricature Club™ may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Platform at any time where policies are violated, fraud is suspected, security concerns arise, or operational requirements necessitate such action. 23. Modifications Creative Caricature Club™ reserves the right to modify, update, replace, or revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following publication of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. 24. Governing Policies These Terms should be read together with the Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Event Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy, Wallet Terms & Conditions, Wallet Credit Policy, Creative Caricature Club™ Promotional Wallet Bonus Terms & Conditions, and Payment & Convenience Fee Policy. In the event of a conflict, the more specific policy shall prevail with respect to the subject matter concerned. 25.
