# Creative Caricature Club™ Promotional Wallet Bonus Terms & Conditions

## 1. Promotion Name Creative Caricature Club™ Promotional Wallet Bonus

## 2. Promotion Period The promotion shall commence on 15 June 2026 and conclude on 29 June 2026 or when the first 199 eligible verified users successfully claim the Promotional Wallet Bonus, whichever occurs first. Creative Caricature Club™ reserves the right to extend, modify, suspend, terminate, revise, or withdraw the promotion at any time.

## 3. Eligibility Requirements To qualify for the promotion, users must create an account through the Creative Caricature Club™ Booking Portal, verify their email address and mobile number, complete required profile information, obtain Blue Tick Verification status, and comply with all platform policies. Only one promotional entitlement is permitted per eligible user.

## 4. First Promotional Wallet Bonus Eligible users may claim ₹2,500 Promotional Wallet Credit. The bonus is **not automatically credited**. To receive the bonus, the user must visit the Wallet section, select "Claim Bonus", review applicable terms, accept the terms, and complete the claim process. The claim date shall be recorded by the system.

## 5. First Bonus Expiry The first ₹2,500 Promotional Wallet Credit shall expire 30 calendar days after claim. Unused credits shall automatically expire and be permanently forfeited.

## 6. Eligible Booking Requirement The first promotional credit may only be used for eligible bookings made through the Creative Caricature Club™ Booking Portal. Bookings made through WhatsApp, telephone, email, direct negotiations, offline quotations, or manual booking arrangements are **not eligible**.

## 7. Additional Promotional Wallet Bonus Users may become eligible for an additional ₹2,500 Promotional Wallet Credit after successful completion of their first eligible booking, full settlement of all outstanding booking payments, and compliance with all applicable policies and promotional requirements.

## 8. Claiming the Additional Bonus The additional ₹2,500 bonus is not automatically credited. Eligible users must visit the Wallet section, select "Claim Bonus", review applicable terms, accept the terms, and complete the claim process.

## 9. Second Bonus Expiry The second ₹2,500 Promotional Wallet Credit shall expire 30 calendar days after claim. Unused credits shall automatically expire and be forfeited.

## 10. Loss of Eligibility Users may lose eligibility where the first bonus expires unused, fraudulent activity is detected, multiple accounts are created, false information is submitted, or platform policies are violated. Creative Caricature Club™ reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.

## 11. No Cash Value Promotional Wallet Credits have no cash value, cannot be withdrawn, cannot be transferred, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be refunded.

## 12. Fraud Prevention Creative Caricature Club™ may revoke credits, reject claims, suspend accounts, or cancel promotional eligibility where fraud, abuse, manipulation, or misuse is suspected.

## 13. Modification Rights Creative Caricature Club™ reserves the right to modify, extend, revise, suspend, terminate, or withdraw this promotion and its terms at any time.

## 14. Acceptance By claiming or using any Promotional Wallet Bonus, users acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions and all applicable platform policies.
