# Creative Caricature Club™ Wallet Credit Policy

## 1. Purpose This Wallet Credit Policy governs the issuance, use, expiration, forfeiture, and management of promotional wallet credits issued by Creative Caricature Club™.

## 2. Promotional Nature All wallet credits currently issued through the Creative Caricature Club™ Wallet are promotional in nature. Promotional credits have no cash value, are not legal tender, are not redeemable for cash, are not refundable, are not withdrawable, and are not transferable.

## 3. Ownership Promotional credits remain promotional benefits provided by Creative Caricature Club™ and do not constitute user deposits or stored funds.

## 4. Usage Restrictions Promotional credits may only be used for eligible bookings through the Creative Caricature Club™ Booking Portal in accordance with applicable promotional terms. Promotional credits may not be sold, exchanged, assigned, or shared between accounts.

## 5. Expiry Promotional credits may carry specific validity periods. Upon expiration, credits automatically expire, are permanently forfeited, cannot be restored, and cannot be exchanged for alternative benefits.

## 6. Forfeiture Credits may be forfeited where expiry occurs, fraud is detected, multiple accounts are created, false information is submitted, or platform policies are violated.

## 7. Technical Errors Creative Caricature Club™ reserves the right to correct crediting, calculation, display, and system errors, including reversal of incorrectly issued credits.

## 8. Abuse Prevention Promotional abuse may result in credit cancellation, account suspension, or removal of promotional eligibility. All decisions regarding promotional credit eligibility shall be final.

## 9. Amendments Creative Caricature Club™ reserves the right to modify, discontinue, revise, or replace promotional credit programs at any time.
