# Creative Caricature Club™ Wallet Terms & Conditions

## 1. Introduction These Wallet Terms & Conditions ("Wallet Terms") govern the use of the Creative Caricature Club™ Wallet available through the Creative Caricature Club™ Booking Portal. By accessing, using, claiming credits within, or otherwise interacting with the Wallet, users agree to be bound by these Wallet Terms, the platform Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and all other applicable policies published by Creative Caricature Club™.

## 2. Nature of the Wallet The Creative Caricature Club™ Wallet currently operates solely as a promotional credit system. The Wallet is not a bank account, prepaid payment instrument, digital banking service, or stored-value financial account, does not earn interest, and does not represent cash deposits. Wallet balances represent promotional credits issued by Creative Caricature Club™ subject to applicable promotional policies.

## 3. Eligibility Wallet functionality may only be available to registered users who successfully create an account, verify their mobile number, verify their email address, and maintain an active account in good standing. Creative Caricature Club™ reserves the right to determine eligibility.

## 4. Use of Wallet Credits Wallet credits may only be used toward eligible transactions and bookings made through the Creative Caricature Club™ Booking Portal. Wallet credits cannot be redeemed for cash, withdrawn, transferred, gifted, sold, or exchanged for any monetary value.

## 5. Wallet Credit Application Where permitted, wallet credits may be applied to eligible booking amounts during checkout. The platform reserves the right to determine maximum usage limits, eligible transactions, credit application rules and promotional restrictions.

## 6. Expiry of Credits Certain promotional credits may carry expiration dates. Expired credits shall automatically lapse, be permanently forfeited, not be reinstated, and not be refunded. Users are responsible for monitoring expiry dates displayed within their account.

## 7. Account Responsibility Users are responsible for maintaining account security, protecting login credentials, and preventing unauthorized access. Creative Caricature Club™ shall not be responsible for losses resulting from user negligence.

## 8. Fraud Prevention Creative Caricature Club™ reserves the right to investigate suspicious activity, suspend accounts, revoke wallet credits, cancel promotional benefits, and restrict wallet access where fraud, abuse, misuse, or policy violations are suspected.

## 9. Account Closure Upon account suspension, termination, or closure, any unused wallet credits may be forfeited without compensation.

## 10. Modification Rights Creative Caricature Club™ reserves the right to modify, suspend, discontinue, or revise wallet functionality and these Wallet Terms at any time.

## 11. Limitation of Liability Creative Caricature Club™ shall not be liable for technical failures, portal interruptions, communication failures, network outages, third-party service disruptions, or delayed credit issuance to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
